the brief
Dorset Cereals has a brand new recipe ready to luanch, but we need to hit a specific window to make sure it will launch in line with an upcoming retailer range review as quickly as possible. The usual 1-2 month process needs to be condensed down into 1-2 weeks.
execution
A decade of Dorset Cereals knowledge enabled me to fly through our usual processes: research the category trends, apply and propose the variant colours and design, work with the brand manager and Marketing Director to adjust and approve and finally implement all the technical pack copy and necessary print setup in a speedy manor.

A quick turnaround doesn't mean we can compromise on quality. Dorset Cereals newest granola stands out on shelf and from the rest of the Dorst Cereals range setting it up for success from day one as a natural extension of the range.
